Excess Luggage Award

The beneficiaries can be the Member or a person of their choice.

The purchase of an Extra Baggage Award is made at a TUNISAIR agency, in Tunisia or abroad. To do so, the Member must have their Fidelys card and PIN code, and a sufficient balance of Award Miles.
The Extra Baggage Allowance Award is only authorised for one-way flights (OW).
The Extra Baggage Allowance Award is limited to 02 pieces of 23 kg each per flight.
An Extra Baggage Allowance Award is valid for three months from the date of issue, with the possibility of cancellation at the Member's explicit request, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Fidelys Guide.
